I believe middle managers have the toughest jobs in any organisation.
They must balance the demands of upper management while guiding their teams, often without full decision-making authority.
This focus on managing both sides can lead them to overlook their own career growth.
To address this, I facilitated a workshop, using LEGO® Serious Play® method, with 25 Product Managers. They created LEGO figures representing their personal goals and shared them with colleagues so they could all hold each other accountable.
