The Tech consultancy Make Positive (Now part of Sabio) had seen solid growth and was looking to explore how to ensure the design department could also benefit from the growth.
The workshop looked at:
- What the design department was offering, what asks were coming from customers and how these related to each other.
- How to match the department services to the customers’ needs and what route to take to get them to the right place.
- Obstacles and influences in making this happen.
The process revealed some surprises and helped the team look more strategically at what they were offering beyond the tactical deliveries they had been focused on.
