In 2019 H&M Group brought the digital development inhouse with a new established group called “Business Tech”.
And in 2020 I was brought into the H&M Group leadership as Global Head of Experience Design to modernize, mature and scale the local Experience Design team to match the recent growth of Product Management and Engineering orgs.
I scaled the local design team of 20+ designers to a successfully running multinational design organisation of 130+ with design leadership, specialist roles and design ops.
